Our delicious Free Range Bronze Breast Roast with a moreish sage, onion and turkey meat stuffing is a wonderfully speedy solution to smaller Christmas meals.

Boxed with foil roasting tray, herbs, recipe leaflet & pop-up timer.

One size: 2 - 2.99kg

Frozen turkeys available now.

Turkey: 100% free range turkey breast.

Stuffing: Cranberries, Turkey Legs, Onion, Butter, Sage, Nuts, Mushrooms, Breadcrumbs.

  1. Pre-heat the oven to the roasting temperature (180C / 160 Fan / 375F / Gas 4).
  2. Remove plastic packaging but leave the netting intact, and place in the roasting tray.
  3. Insert the Pop-Up Timer into the thickest part of the breast roast and sprinkle all over with salt & pepper.
  4. Place in the oven until the Pop-Up Timer pops (check approximate timings below).
  5. If you are using a meat thermometer, we recommend removing from the oven at 68C.
  6. Cover the breast roast with foil & allow to rest for as long as possible.

Full Cooking Times (approx):

  • 2kg: 1 hour 20 minutes
  • 3kg: 1 hour 40 minutes

    I was absolutely delighted with this turkey breast roast It was moist and succulent with absolutely no waste Will definitely buy again next year

    Poor Cooking Instructions

    I usually get a whole turkey but having less people this year I went for the stuffed breast roast. I won't be buying another one. The turkey itself was delicious but the cooking instructions meant that the roast was undercooked when sliced so had to go back in the oven which ruined my meal timings. I was also disappointed with the stuffing which was very meagre indeed. Next year I'll be back to the whole turkey which I will stuff myself. REPLY: Hi Jacky, thank you for your feedback and apologies for your issues. We recommend using our pop up timer or a MEATER thermometer and cooking to 68 degrees then resting for a minimum of 30 minutes, preferably more. The timings in our instructions are a guide but cooking times can vary depending on oven space, density of the turkey meat, thickness of fat layer etc.

    stuffed turkey without the bones, fits in a small oven and easy carving or slicing. great flavours. order this every year again.
