The turkey flavour was lovely. The turkey was easy to cook. The only negative I could say is that cooking a breast roast rather than a crown did feel a little like cheating... but then there was less waste / mess which is good. I will certainly be back to order again next year. The leftover recipe book this year was also a fantastic addition - thanks.
Very tasty for anytime!
Made for a lovely dinner for 4 this year, with leftovers for 2 days for 2-3 people. We had to freeze it for a couple of days after delivery, because we couldn’t have our Christmas roast until the 28th, but it still cooked beautifully and we were all impressed (as usual!)

Both tasted absolutely delicious but the cooking instructions differed from a previous booklet I had and as a consequence the turkey was not cooked as predicted at the end of the original cooking period. I used my experience to adjust time and settings to finish cooking the turkey. Disconcerting possibly for a novice cook.
I was never a fan of turkey until we had Copas and what a revelation - tasty, moist, no other bird compares. Added bonus is how well the family look after their birds.

Cannot give enough praise for your wonderful turkey crown. The whole experience, from ease of ordering, well organised collection (in a lovely rural location), beautifully packaged and the end result of an amazing tasting turkey. My Mum is in her 80s, she said that she has never had such a wonderful turkey as yours. It was truly moreish. Many thanks to you all and happy new year. We hope to revisit next year.
Despite the general lockdown elements, my visit to Copas Farm to collect my turkey was fabulous. Well organised, professional of high standard. It is something that I wish to repeat.
Copas turkeys never fail to disappoint me. They are always delicious and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy one. The cooking instructions with the pop out cooking timer is a godsend as you can’t possibly go wrong with cooking the Turkey perfectly. If you haven’t tasted one yet, order one for next Christmas you won’t be disappointed.
